My clients and I stick together for a long time. I find it very fulfilling being the person who makes others’ lives easier. I like paying attention to the details, and making complex things simple.
When I opened my firm 18 years ago, I started with just a few clients providing administrative support. One I still work with, and the other two I still consider friends.
Today, my work has grown into something I’m proud of: comprehensive operational support that helps leaders focus on what only they can do. I happily take care of the rest.
I’ve learned a lot over the years… developing systems and processes, managing complex calendars, and helping my clients grow and succeed. I love figuring out how to turn daily chaos into competitive advantage, and how to make their operations feel seamless.
Every partnership and work style is different, and that’s what makes my work super interesting. Whether I’m coordinating complex travel, implementing new technology and automations, or designing workflows, my goal is always the same: make my client’s life easier. It’s really that simple.
