My clients and I tend to stick together for a long time. I find it very fulfilling being the person who makes others’ lives easier. I like paying attention to the details, and making complex things simple.

I spent the first decade of my career in operations - resource management, brand management, and event operations for organizations including IndyCar and the Atlanta Paralympic Games - and in 2007 I turned that experience into Kilverneen House.

My Private Operations Office has grown into something I’m really proud of: comprehensive operational support that helps leaders focus on what only they can do. I’m there to take care of the rest.

Every partnership and work style is different, and that’s what keeps my work interesting. Whether I’m coordinating complicated travel, taming an unruly calendar, designing workflows, or implementing new technology, my goal is always the same: make my client’s life easier. It’s really that simple.

I currently have some bandwidth, for the first time in a long time. Client needs shift, businesses evolve, and people retire - and right now, that has created an opening.

If you could use someone like me, or you know someone who could, I’d love to hear from you.

Hello.
